4. Responsibility for Suitability: By purchasing the subscription, you acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to ensure the suitability of our services for your needs.

5. Free Subscription: If you opt for a Free Subscription, your access to our Services will be restricted. We retain the right to alter the subscription duration and content offerings without prior notice.

6. Prohibited Actions: You are prohibited from sharing your login credentials with others. Accessing your account from multiple IPs/networks not associated with your household or devices may result in automatic account suspension. Locked accounts will not be refunded or reinstated, without exception.

7. Cancellation: After cancellation, access to previously subscribed services will be revoked.

8. Refund Policy:

• We do not offer refunds for subscriptions that expire or for completed exam dates.
• Refunds are applicable only if you cancel your subscription within 7 days of purchasing the course, regardless of the reason or circumstance. Refunds will not be issued if you complete more than 2 sets of practice tests in each subject within the 7-day period.
• No refunds will be provided under any circumstances after 7 days from the date of subscription purchase.
